Toe: External steel toe-cap, 200joules
Last: Army semi-sprung
Shank/Counter: Wooden shank, polycarbonate counter for extra rigidity at the heel
Sole finish: DMS vulcanised oil & heat resistant rubber sole – Heat resistant to 300celsius
Laces: Black polycotton

amazing boots after going through so many different brands and boots ive finally found one with the old way of thinking make it once and make it right! ive had these boots for over a year and i wear them almost every day the break-in last about a week a good leather conditioner and these boots will last 10 years

I am thinking of ordering a new pair as I have almost worn the last pair out after nearly 12 years, tells you all you need to know. Great traditional boot, for workshop, steam and classic vehicles, even wear them on my old 1940s motorbike.

Just arrived my engine man’s boots ,very happy to have bought boots made in England, did take some finding on internet after many companies claiming to to be British but are made aboard, good quality,good fit,keep up the good work, bit of a wait but that’s fine by me,just proves there made in England!!
